Martin Bálint
Computer graphics researcher working on learned sampling and reconstruction.

I am a doctoral researcher in the Computer Graphics group at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics in Saarbrücken, advised by Karol Myszkowski and Hans-Peter Seidel. My thesis is titled Efficient Monte Carlo Rendering through Learned Sampling and Reconstruction.
Before joining Max Planck, I studied Computer Science at the University of Cambridge, Churchill College. My undergraduate thesis examined predictable transactional memory.
